I recommend Comrade Adoratsky, a writer, and a knowledgeable Marxist. He should be given every possible assistance.

He has submitted the manuscript of a “Programme for a Study Circle on the Basic Questions of Marxism”.

Please have it published quickly; with the author’s name; do not pickle it.^[1]

With communist greetings,
Lenin
